The year 2024 came with yet another good news for PARCULUI20 residents after 2023 marked the completion of the project. Construction works have begun on Pajura metro station, a two-minute walk from the residential project where more than 470 families currently live.
Part of Bucharest Metro Line 6, which will connect Gara de Nord to Henri Coandă Airport, Pajura metro station will be operational in 2027, according to official information. Thus, the inhabitants of PARCULUI20 will have at their disposal right next to their homes the fastest and most efficient means of public transport available in Bucharest.
The Cordia Promise
The new metro station completes the promise Cordia Romania made in 2018, when the development of the area began. PARCULUI20 was the first private residential project to be launched here and had a major contribution to the development of the local community. Cordia Romania has assumed the role of pioneer in the Expozitiei area on the residential segment, paving the way for other real estate developments and facing the specific challenges of this endeavor.
Today, Cordia’s promise for the Expozitiei area is materialized in a residential project adapted to our times, with facilities such as exclusive access of residents to a private garden with an area of over 3,000 sqm, calisthenia equipment, access to a park completely renovated through a partnership between Cordia Romania and local authorities, bicycle parking, access for people with disabilities, lobby with concierge, video surveillance.
Among the energy efficiency and ecological features of the project are the heating system with 14 cascade-mounted block boilers, connected to underfloor heating systems, smart-home systems integrated as standard, mineral wool used for thermal insulation of buildings, natural building materials used in construction, LED lighting systems with movement control in hallways, electric vehicle charging stations.
