At the time of its launch in 2019, Parcului20 was the first residential project in Romania to include smart home systems as standard, with residents also having the option of purchasing the premium package. The amenities offered in the project, including 3,000 square meters of green spaces, bicycle parking spaces, and charging stations for electric cars, were and still are rare elements in the medium-high residential segment.

We wanted – and we succeeded! – to offer unique facilities to the residents of the project, so that the quality of housing is at a high level. The CIJ award is a confirmation of our strategy to develop residential projects that put people and communities at their heart“, said Mauricio Mesa Gomez, General Director of Cordia Romania and Spain.
Another distinguishing feature of Parcului20 is the centralized system consisting of 14 heating units and underfloor heating, a solution that is not yet legally required, but which Cordia Romania wanted to implement because of the significant plus it brings in terms of energy efficiency.
Parcului20 is a residential project completed this year, comprising 485 apartments, which was developed in two phases. Located in Expoziției area in northern Bucharest, close to the Herastrau Park and the Presei Libere Square, Parcului20 was the first private residential project launched in the area and has made a major contribution to the development of the local community.
The objectives of the project, in addition to the business-related ones, were to revitalise a former abandoned industrial area and create the premises for a thriving new community, all of which are real today. Cordia Romania has taken on the role of pioneer in Expoziției area in the residential segment, paving the way for other real estate developments.
