Carina Chirculescu-Romoșan, Parcului20 sales consultant, helped during her career in residential sales, which started 12 years ago, to carry out over 600 transactions. The residential segment was for her, as she says, “love at first sight” and, throughout this period, she learned that the main desires of the customers are to be heard and understood.
