Madalina Olivotto participated on Tuesday, September 22, 2021, as a speaker, in the ZF Offices & Residential 2021 event, during which she offered details about Cordia’s future plans in Romania.
Mădălina Olivotto, Project Director of Cordia Romania, spoke at the event, during a one-to-one intervention with Bogdan Alecu, senior editor at Ziarul Financiar, about the situation of the residential market in Bucharest and about the company’s plans.
“Parcului20 is one of the projects initiated by Cordia in Romania, a few years ago, but we also have other projects in the pipeline,” said Madalina Olivotto during her speech at ZF Birouri & Rezidențial. “We sold 85% of the 265 apartments in the first phase of Parcului20 and 65% of the 220 units in the second phase and we started the procedures for obtaining urban planning documentation for some of the land-plots in our portfolio.”
In Romania, Cordia is developing residential projects according to the company’s values, centered around well-being, energy efficiency and developing communities. As a member of the Futureal Group, Cordia is committed to urban regeneration and improving the urban fabric.
“The most advanced project from the perspective of urban documentation is the one that Cordia intends to develop in Coralilor area in northern Bucharest, where we intend to develop over 700 apartments,” said Madalina Olivotto, Project Director of Cordia Romania.
For all the projects that Cordia will develop in Romania, the green certification of the buildings, attesting the energy efficiency and the sustainable way of construction, is targeted since the design phase. These elements are also integrated in Parcului20, as the project is designed and developed for livability and energy efficiency.
