PARCULUI20, with its 485 apartments almost sold out, has proven to be a successful project both in terms of the benefits it brings to its residents and the financial gains it has brought to portfolio investors.
“Our clients who bought double studios in 2019 and paid €70,000 – €75,000 including 5% VAT resold this year for €120,000″, said Irina Caraene, Sales Director of Cordia Romania, at the conference “Building the Future: Innovation and Sustainability in the Real Estate and Construction Sectors” held at One Sales Center on 8 May 2024.
“This performance was possible in the context of a recovering residential market this year, with a first quarter in which 12,000 sales of individual residential units were recorded in Bucharest, according to ANCPI data. This is the second best first quarter since 2018 from this perspective, surpassed only by Q1 2022, when the level reached 13,000 units. We won’t see this situation again any time soon, given that deliveries of new units will significantly drop, as the usable area authorized in Bucharest for residential buildings reached almost 930,000 square meters in 2023, compared to 2 million square meters in 2022 and 1.6 million square meters in 2021″, added Irina Caraene.

Our mission didn’t stop with the delivery of the apartments! We keep the community together through events dedicated to our residents. We built PARCULUI20, the first private residential project in the area, on 15,541 square meters of land, of which the footprint of the buildings is about 20%.
