Irina Albu, sales director Parcului20, residential project based in the Expoziției area: „It`s really hard not to fall in love with at least one of the apartments in Parcului20”
Irina Albu has learned, during her experience in real estate – which started back in 2007, when, as she now says, an opportunity knocked and she opened the door – that a passionate sales consultant is always searching for the direct customer interaction, loves the whole process and is enjoying success all along the journey.
`When I was in college, a teacher once told me that there this world is all about goods and services. I told myself that, in residential sales, I`ll be able to deal with both, and I`ll offer quality services regarding goods. Since them, I have actively participated in closing over 400 transactions, both sales and rentals, valued between 30,000 and 1,900,000 euro`, says Irina Albu.
Currently, Irina is sales director at Parcului20, a residential project developed by Cordia Romania, member of Futureal group, in Expoziției area, North Bucharest. From this position she still interacts with clients, but in a different way than when she was a sales consultant.
`A sales manager actively supports the sales team, coordinates and manages the delicate situations that arise and enjoys the team’s successes all along. I interact with the clients towards the end, when signing the acquisition documents, if the situations are not delicate and do not need my early implication`, Irina Albu explains.
And these are not the only changes compared to the time when Irina was taking her first steps in the field of residential sales.
“In today’s residential market, there are multiple sources of information, the existing competition makes the offered product better and better, customers have acquired a taste for safe investment. Currently, the clients have several clear guidelines, namely the area of interest, the budget, the financing`s source, specific requirements for the property. Expectations are high, but there is supply to meet them. In 2007-2008 the offer was not as diversified, which is why the prices had become quite high”, Irina Albu says.
Regarding customers and their expectations from a residential project, Irina also says that, from her experience at Parcului20, she noticed that they appreciate both the specifics of the apartments and the project itself, but also the sales team`s transparency in regard of every situation that arises.
`It’s hard not to fall in love with at least one of the apartments in Parcului20. We have 30 apartment configurations, closed or open kitchens, generous terraces, large vitreous spaces, very good quality finishes, underfloor heating, Rehau joinery, tripane glass, integrated smart-home system, charging stations for electric cars, an impressive garden of 3,000 square meters. And, last, but not least, the clients appreciate the project`s location, slightly withdrawn from the noise of the city, the proximity to Herăstrău Park, kindergartens, schools, universities. In addition, clients appreciate, in terms of interacting with our team of consultants, that their expectations are understood and met when it comes to apartments` recommendations, that the features, advantages and benefits of the project are explained in detail, thus they are able to get an idea about how they can improve their lives by living Parcului20`, Irina Albu says.
