Ioana Dobre, Parcului20 sales consultant, came to the conclusion, after 16 years of experience in residential sales and hundreds of completed transactions, that empathy is one of the most important qualities when it comes to interacting with a potential customer.
“At some point, we all went through the same experience as the person we are talking to and it is important to share it. The current client is, above all, wise, he knows what he wants and he knows exactly what he can accomplish. It is important that you, as a sales consultant, see through his eyes, understand him and identify what he is looking for”, says Ioana.
Arriving in the real estate field out of passion, in 2004, after studying at the Faculty of Law until then – she completed her master’s degree in Business Law -, Ioana Dobre went through both the ascension and the decline of the Romanian residential market and now contributes, through the profession and through what she learned, to its steady maturation.
“The real estate market in 2007-2008 was completely different. It was a phase with a strong impact on the real estate product. We have all learned that the purpose of trials is to be transformed and perfected. Everyone was aware of the need to create a balance among three elements: prices, areas, loans. These are three essential components and, at the same time, three major differences, in the way that they are approached today compared to then”, Ioana explains.
And this difference in approach is visible, in the case of Parcului20, from the moment when the visitors enter for the first time in the sales office. “The presentation tools, especially the 3D system, concretely clarifies all the questions. Apart from the balance between the price and the characteristics of the apartments, customers are very attracted by the positioning of the project, the private interior garden of 3,000 square meters and the fascinating view of the duplex apartments”, explains Ioana Dobre.
