STUDIO

The studios in Parcului20 were designed to meet the needs of a single person or a couple. The logic of the space allows for five different areas: hallway, kitchen, living area, sleeping area and dining or office. Here you can work from home, you can watch a movie in the spacious living room and you can invite your friends to spend quality time on the 17 sqm terrace. Two layouts are available in the second phase of the project and we invite you to analyze them in order to choose the most suitable one. You can use the 3D application to visualize any apartment layout, orientation and positioning on different floors and within the building, as well as their availability.
