From design to site management, we paid particular attention to each detail and chose solutions, building materials and finishes from companies that are leaders in their fields of activity. Also, we anticipated the need for customization and provide a variety of different packages of finishes, standard and premium, which can be discussed separately with our sales team.

CONCELEX: General contractor

We have searched for the most suitable supplier capable of implementing a complex solution such as the one envisioned for Parcului20, that involves the construction and fitting of the apartments with the highest quality materials, solutions and finishes. In the end, we have designated Concelex as the general contractor of the project based on their 25 years of experience in the construction sector and on the quality of their completed projects.

Tarkett: laminated flooring for heavy traffic

The 8 mm TARKETT laminated flooring for intense traffic, the ELLADE 832 range, is available in six shades and has a high resistance to intense transit and marks that might be caused by the weight of the furniture. Also, due to the four layers that give it a high density, firmness and durability, the parquet has high thermal stability and impact resistance.

Gewiss: integrated smart home system

The Gewiss integrated smart home system, provided by a company with over 50 years of experience in developing technologies for real estate developments, is characterized by ease of use, modularity and significant contributions to the energy efficiency of the apartments. The Parcului20 smart home systems are configured to ensure high level of control, security and energy savings.

Marcos Martinez Minguela: premium doors

The exterior and interior premium doors from Marcos Martinez Minguela are PEFC certified, attesting the fact that the doors are created with materials from sustainably exploited forests, in accordance with the European environmental protection standards. In addition, these doors also carry the AITIM quality seal for soundproofing and technical features.

Rehau: underfloor heating system

The Rehau underfloor heating system ensures uniform heat distribution and low energy consumption compared to conventional solutions. In addition, by removing the radiators, the extra space in each room can be utilized for many other purposes.

STN Ceramica: quality ceramic

STN Ceramica ceramics are available in three models, with different textures and shades. STN Ceramica is a manufacturer of ceramic tiles present in over 120 countries and is recognized for the quality and design of its products created using Styljet digital printing technology, which can accurately replicate the appearance of wood, stone, travertine or marble.

Delta Studio Design: sanitary ware

The sanitary ware is part of the Kludi range and is recommended by Delta Studio Design for its quality, design, functionality and durability in use. These items have been chosen by our specialists for optimum integration in the bathroom’s design, as well as for their comfortable use and ability to optimize everyday water consumption.

Salamander: 6-room PVC joinery

Salamander BLU EVOLUTION 82 gray 6-chamber PVC joinery, with Saint Gobain tripan glass, was chosen for its thermal efficiency and 50-year life span. The system of multiple gaskets offers sound and thermal protection, whilst the high-density structure provides increased resistance to wear.
